Cancellation Policy
At BOOK-MY-HSRP, we strive to provide the best service for High Security Registration Plates. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:
Before Installation/Processing
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Full refund minus processing fees (₹50)
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before processing starts: 75% refund of the total amount
- Cancellation after processing has started: No refund (processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted)
After Installation
- Once the HSRP has been manufactured and dispatched, cancellations are not possible
- If the product is defective, you may request a replacement under warranty
- No refunds will be issued after installation at the authorized center
Refund Process
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Processing Time: 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval
- Refund Method: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.)
- Transaction Charges: Any gateway charges or taxes will be deducted as applicable
- Payment Gateway Fees: The payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable
Note: Refunds will be initiated only after verification of the cancellation request. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your HSRP booking, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account or go to the "Track Your Order" page
- Enter your Booking ID and registered mobile number
- Click on the "Cancel Order" button
- Select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu
- Confirm the cancellation request
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with cancellation details

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect information provided during booking (wrong vehicle number, owner name, etc.)
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time
- Duplicate booking requests for the same vehicle
- Booking made for a vehicle that already has HSRP installed
- If the vehicle registration is under dispute or invalid
- If the booking was made with fraudulent intent or using unauthorized payment methods
- Cancellation requested after the plate has been manufactured and dispatched
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your HSRP installation appointment:
- Free Rescheduling: Up to 2 free reschedules are allowed within 30 days of booking
- Additional Reschedules: ₹50 per reschedule will be charged
- Last-Minute Reschedule: Changes within 24 hours of appointment may incur additional charges
- No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation of booking
Warranty and Replacement
HSRP plates come with a warranty against manufacturing defects:
- Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of installation
- Coverage: Manufacturing defects, fading of reflective sheeting, peeling of hologram
- Not Covered: Damage due to accidents, improper handling, vandalism, or normal wear and tear
- Replacement Process: Contact support with photos of the defective plate for verification
Important: For warranty claims, please retain your original payment receipt and installation certificate.
