What to Do in Case of Failed Transaction
If your payment fails or you experience any issues:
- Check your bank account/UPI app for any deducted amount
- If amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, contact support immediately
- Take a screenshot of the transaction details and payment status
- Upload the screenshot while submitting your booking for verification
- Our team will verify and confirm your booking within 24 hours
- For unresolved issues, contact our grievance redressal team
Note: In case of failed transactions, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Transaction Verification
To ensure the authenticity of your payment:
- You are required to upload a screenshot of successful payment
- Our team verifies each payment screenshot before processing the booking
- Verification typically takes 1-2 hours during business hours
- You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is verified
- In case of discrepancy, you will be contacted for clarification
