What to Do in Case of Failed Transaction

If your payment fails or you experience any issues:

  1. Check your bank account/UPI app for any deducted amount
  2. If amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, contact support immediately
  3. Take a screenshot of the transaction details and payment status
  4. Upload the screenshot while submitting your booking for verification
  5. Our team will verify and confirm your booking within 24 hours
  6. For unresolved issues, contact our grievance redressal team
Note: In case of failed transactions, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.

Transaction Verification

To ensure the authenticity of your payment:

  • You are required to upload a screenshot of successful payment
  • Our team verifies each payment screenshot before processing the booking
  • Verification typically takes 1-2 hours during business hours
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is verified
  • In case of discrepancy, you will be contacted for clarification
